About Me
The Full Story
I've always been in the gym. In the second grade, my dad had me attend the 5am crossfit class. In 5th grade, my dad put me in Olympic weightlifting. In 8th and 9th grade (during covid), my dad would make me go to a warehouse on the military base, with a weight rack, barbells, and a few sets of dumbells, and we would do competitive CrossFit workouts. I didn't want to get up that early... Nobody else my age was. And the workouts were horrific. But during this time, I felt the sweet reward of working hard. The feeling of being proud of myself. After that workout, I knew the rest of my day would feel like a walk in the park. I became addicted to that feeling. Since then, I've put that same mentality towards Entrepreneurship, Jiu Jitsu, and Education, and I hope to help others find their purpose and fulfillment through Atomic Lifestyle.
